DDS, Oral Surgeon, Specialist in Biological Dentistry and Ceramic Implants, Functional DentistryFocus Area: Orthodontics, currently pursuing a Master of Science in Orthodontics
I am a dentist with a professional background in oral surgery and a focus on biological and biofunctional perspectives in dentistry. My work centers on functional concepts related to oral structures, including ceramic implant approaches and biologically oriented considerations of bone and oral systems.
I have completed postgraduate education in dentosophy and related functional concepts in Germany, Switzerland and Italy, and I am currently pursuing advanced academic training in orthodontics.
I run a dental practice in Switzerland and am involved in international professional exchange through educational activities and lectures. My teaching and academic work focus on the structured presentation of theoretical frameworks and functional perspectives in dentistry, including interdisciplinary topics related to oral function.
In addition to my professional activities, I value family life and enjoy traveling and spending time in nature. These interests accompany my commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.

My professional interests were shaped early on by questions surrounding oral function, craniofacial development and the long-term implications of dental treatment decisions made during childhood.
During my education and later professional training, I became increasingly interested in functional perspectives within dentistry and in interdisciplinary approaches that examine oral structures beyond isolated findings. These experiences led me to explore educational frameworks that address oral habits, breathing patterns and craniofacial relationships from a conceptual point of view.
Encountering dentosophy as an educational concept marked an important step in my academic and professional development. It provided a structured framework for reflecting on functional relationships within the oral and craniofacial system and for engaging with interdisciplinary perspectives in dentistry.
Today, these experiences inform my work in education and professional exchange. My focus lies on presenting functional concepts within a clearly defined educational context, supporting reflection, discussion and ongoing learning among dental professionals.

My professional work focuses on educational and functional perspectives related to oral habits such as breathing patterns, tongue posture and oral motor coordination.
Within my academic and teaching activities, I emphasize the importance of understanding these functional aspects as part of a broader interdisciplinary perspective in dentistry.
This approach is intended to support reflection, learning and professional exchange rather than to promise therapeutic outcomes or patient-specific results.
In this newsletter, I'll be sharing the latest discoveries and news about Dentosophy.
